The main shafts and motor shafts of operating equipment such as compressors, fans, and centrifugal pumps are generally not easy to wear and damage, unless the deviation of the alignment of the coupling is too large, or the lock nut of the bearing is not locked, or the anchor The tightening degree of the bolts does not meet the requirements and loosens during the operation of the equipment, or the assembly of the motor bearings does not meet the requirements, etc., which will cause the shaft to wear and be damaged.

 

The position where the shaft is damaged due to wear and tear is generally on the bearing position. It is the gap between the bearing and the shaft that causes the equipment to not operate normally. The outer ring of the rolling bearing is the reference shaft, and the matching bearing seat hole, some use the size of the reference hole, and some use the transition fit made by the base shaft; the inner circle of the rolling bearing is the reference hole, and the matching shaft uses the size of the reference hole. Small interference fit. The outer ring and bearing housing hole of rolling bearings are generally rarely worn. Even the bearing outer ring and bearing housing hole with a clearance fit, the wear of the bearing housing hole is very slight. The position where the shaft wears heavily due to abnormal operation of the equipment is often on the bearing position of the shaft. If the bearing position is worn down, there will be a gap between the inner ring of the rolling bearing and the shaft, causing the bearing to “run the inner circle”. This requires repairing the bearing position of the shaft to bring it to its original size.

 

There are three main ways to repair the conventional bearing position: one is to make dense “foreign eye” on the bearing position of the shaft, so that the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft cannot be loosened, but the bearing position cannot be coaxial with the main shaft, only It is temporary to cope with the repair. The other is to carry out welding on the bearing position, try to ensure that the shaft is not deformed during welding, and then process it on a lathe after welding. This repair can ensure the normal operation of the shaft, but the repair work is more complicated. The other is to apply metal repair agent on the worn bearing position. After the repair agent dries, use a file, emery cloth, grinder, ruler, vernier caliper, etc. to manually repair it. Since it is manually repaired, it cannot guarantee the repaired bearing position. The main shaft is coaxial, and the diameter also has deviations. During the test run, the equipment vibrates greatly, and some equipment cannot operate normally.
